Jamaica. The occasion was a courtesy call on Tuesday
April 22, 2008, made on the Minister by Mr. Zupsic, who

Telecommunications and Information Society Day
exhibition, which closes on 22 May, 2008.

Ministry team tours Department of Mines and Geology:
The geology of mineral bearing rocks was the subject of
discussion as Minister of Energy, Mining and
Telecommunications, Hon. Clive Mullings (Second Left)
engaged in conversation with, from left: Permanent Secretary
in the Ministry, Dr. Jean Dixon, CD; Geologist, Lorraine
Richards, (Third Left), Managing Director Jamaica Bauxite

Evaluation Programme Workshop

Commerce (MITEC), Hon. Phillip Paulwell (second left)

A special set of stamps, to commemorate the staging of
the ICC Cricket World Cup in the Caribbean was launched
by the Postal Corporation of Jamaica on Friday March 16.
The stamps featuring West Indies cricketers Courtney
Walsh, Oneil “Collie” Smith Gordon, the renovated Sabina
Park and the Trelawny Multi-purpose Stadium. The postage
stamps are available at post offices ranging from $30.00
